As a professional salon who strives to keep your hair in the best condition all our chemical services are inclusive of Olaplex/Wellaplex and Toning, if you wish for this to be removed then please speak to your stylist who will be more than happy to advise you. We offer a variety of other services within the salon.

All New Clients are required to have a skin test a minimum of 48 hours prior to their appointment, any client requiring a colour change must also have a skin test 48 hours beforehand. Clients that have had an allergic reaction, serious illness or pregnant must have an up-to-date skin test, if a skin test is refused, we will not be able to carry out the service.
We require a non-refundable booking fee for all Colour services and large appointments, fee amounts will be determined by the service you require on an individual price structure. There is a 48 hour cancellation and reschedule policy, any appointment not cancelled or re-arranged within this 48 hour window before your appointment will result in loss of your booking fee.
Appointments that are cancelled within less that 24 hours notice may be asked to pay for the full service cancelled or missed as we will not be able to refill this appointment slot in such short notice.
Pricing is used as a guide and is subject to change, as each service is tailor made to you, your hair, the condition of your hair and the outcome you wish to achieve. A surcharge is added for premium colour range and longer hair. Colour correction and longer colour appointments, will be charged at an hourly rate, to be inclusive of time, expertise and product. If you havent left a booking fee and you do cancel your appointment within the 48 hour window you will be required to pay a charge respective of the service booked. The amount will be determined by a percentage of the cost of the service that you had originally booked.
